本文就润滑油重庆分公司生产用蒸汽系统使用现状、存在的问题进行了全面系统的调研、分析,对蒸汽管网优化、疏水改造等问题进行了探讨,对管网系统中冷凝水和空气存在的危害进行了深入的分析。针对润滑油生产用蒸汽间歇性特点,根据厂区蒸汽管网实际情况,提出和阐述了具体的优化改造方案和措施,以及改造后取得的经济效益和生产效益。蒸汽节能技术在本次改造中得到应用,缩短了工艺生产加热时间,节约能源,取得了良好的使用效果。
