校企合作实训中心建设是高职院校创新人才培养模式,推动教学方法和手段改革、提升人才培养质量及增强社会服务能力的重要途径。本文从实训中心与生产车间的一体化场所规划、实训中心功能建设、实训中心设备配置、训练项目的开发、实训中心文化建设、校本教材的开发等6个方面进行了研究和实践。 The construction of school-enterprise cooperation training center is an important way to cultivate innovative talents in higher vocational colleges, promote the reform of teaching methods and means, enhance the quality of personnel training and enhance the social service ability. This article has carried on the research and the practice from 6 aspects such as the integrated site planning of the training center and the production workshop, the function building of the training center, the equipment configuration of the training center, the development of the training program, the cultural construction of training center and the development of school-based teaching materials .
