目的 :探讨青春期女学生生殖健康状况及其对心理卫生的影响 ,为在中小学开展健康教育提供科学依据。方法 :对南京市 1所小学和 1所中学女生 862人进行生殖健康、心理卫生及其影响因素的调查分析 ,数据采用EPI、SAS系统软件作一元及多元分析。结果 :影响青春期女生生殖健康的因素主要有性发育年龄、围经期综合征、个性、体象困扰等 ,生殖健康状况亦影响心理卫生。结论 :由于性发育提前 ,生殖健康教育 (生理、心理、社会适应 )应从小抓起 ,中小学新的健康教育模式亟待建立。
Objective: To investigate the reproductive health status of adolescent girl students and their impact on mental health, and to provide a scientific basis for health education in primary and secondary schools. Methods: The reproductive health, mental health and influencing factors of 862 female students in a primary school and a secondary school in Nanjing were investigated. The data were analyzed by EPI and SAS software. Results: The main influencing factors of reproductive health of adolescent girl students are sexual development age, perimenopausal syndrome, personality, body image disturbances, reproductive health status also affects mental health. Conclusion: Because of sexual development ahead of schedule, reproductive health education (physical, psychological, social adaptation) should start small, the new health education model in primary and secondary schools need to be established urgently.
