余效明,1954年出生,江苏省常州市人。1978年8月毕业于上海复旦大学政治经济学系工业经济专业,1999年3月南京东南大学科学技术哲学系科技经济管理专业研究生毕业,并获硕士学位。1992年7月被评为高级审计师。 1970年11月参加工作以来,先后在江苏省常州市财税银行企业财务科、预算管理科工作,1983年4月任常州市财政税务局副局长,1987年6月任常州市审计局局长,1991年5月任江苏省审计厅副厅长,1996年8 Yu Xiaoming, born in 1954, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Since working in November 1970, he successively worked in Enterprise Finance Department and Budget Management Section of Finance and Taxation Bank of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province successively. He was appointed as deputy director of Changzhou Finance and Revenue Bureau in April 1983 and director of Audit Bureau of Changzhou in June 1987. In May of 2005, he served as Deputy Director of Auditing Department of Jiangsu Province, 1996.8
