本文报告了1989.1～1993.12在76374名出国人员经X线检查发现开放性肺结核,胸腔积液,陈旧性结核病灶共299例,其检出率为0.39％。提出在传染病监测体检工作中应重视结核病的检查,开展出国人员传染病监测体检是发现结核病的重要手段之一。
This paper reports a total of 299 cases of open tuberculosis, pleural effusion and old tuberculosis detected by X-ray in 76,374 people who went abroad from 1989.1 to 1993.12. The detection rate was 0.39%. It is proposed that the inspection of tuberculosis should be emphasized in the physical examination of infectious disease surveillance and the physical examination of infectious disease surveillance abroad should be one of the important means to discover tuberculosis.
