病例 :女 ,44岁。因右上腹隐痛 2年 ,加重半月 ,于 1999年5月 10日第一次入院。既往 1978年曾患“乙肝”。体查 :无阳性发现。ＡＦＰ434.3ｎｇ/ｍｌ,ＣＴ示肝右叶一 5× 7ｃｍ低密度肿块 ,Ｂ超示肝右叶一 6 .2× 7.4ｃｍ混合性肿块 ,临床诊断为原发性肝癌Ⅱ期 ,于 5月 19日行肝
Case: Female, 44 years old. Because of the right upper quadrant pain for 2 years, increased half a month, on May 10, 1999 the first admission.
