党的十六届五中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划的建议》,提出了“建设社会主义新农村”的要求,全国上下“建设社会主义新农村”的理论研究和政策实践日益活跃。杜润生老先生是我国目前最资深的农村问题专家之一,是公认的深刻影响了上世纪80年代中国农村改革政策制定的核心人物之一。作为研究中国农村问题的元老,93岁的杜老目前仍然是享有盛誉的“三农”问题专家。最近,杜老在他的办公室接受了本刊的专访,就“建设社会主义新渔区”话题,展开了思想开阔、富有启迪的对话。
