用心阻抗图观察静脉注射潘生丁0.84mg/kg 后心功能的变化。正常对照组12例,轻重冠心病组各20例。注药后各组Q—Z 间期变化率分别为-15.48±4.56%、-10.57±6.3%、-7.71±8.86%(“-”表示缩短)。以正常组Q—Z 间期变化率(?)±s 为正常上限,诊断轻和重冠心病的敏感性分别为40%和65%,平均为52.5%,特异性100%。
Changes of cardiac function after intravenous injection of dipyridamole 0.84 mg / kg by impedance spectroscopy. Normal control group of 12 cases, 20 cases of coronary heart disease group.
