目的研究六味五灵片(南五味子、女贞子、连翘等)抗肝纤维化作用的谱效关系,探索其药效物质基础。方法拉丁超立方法将六味五灵片中6味药材随机抽样成20个不同比例的组合,HPLC法获取其提取物的指纹图谱。以LX-2肝星状细胞为药效模型,MTT法测定各组的抗肝纤维化作用。利用主成分分析及相关分析法,对药效数据和指纹图谱信息进行处理。结果 20个不同比例组合提取物对LX-2细胞均有抑制作用,HPLC指纹图谱有23个共有峰,其中14(五味子醇甲)、20(五味子甲素)、17、19、21号峰与药效关系密切。结论六味五灵片的抗肝纤维化作用可能是多成分相互影响的结果。
Objective To study the spectrum-effect relationship of anti-hepatic fibrosis effect of Liuwei Wuling tablet (Kadsura, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Forsythia suspense, etc.) and to explore its drug substance basis. Method Latin ultra-vertical method Six herbs Liuzhou Wuling six randomly selected samples into 20 different combinations, HPLC fingerprint of the extract obtained. LX-2 hepatic stellate cells as a model of efficacy, MTT assay for each group of anti-liver fibrosis. Using principal component analysis and correlation analysis, the pharmacodynamic data and fingerprint information were processed. Results Twenty different extracts of LX-2 cells could inhibit the growth of LX-2 cells. There were 23 common peaks in HPLC fingerprints, of which 14 (Schizandrol A), 20 (Schizandrin A), 17, 19, Efficacy close. Conclusion The anti-hepatic fibrosis of Liuwei Wuling tablets may be the result of multi-component interaction.
