随着市场化进程加快,高校科技、产业、后勤等部门用工制度也发生了相应的变化。高校科技产业系统的职工在价值取向、管理模式、人员构成方面出现了很多新情况和新特点,工会建设面临来自职工个人、经营者、工会自身等各方面的困惑和矛盾。应以工会建设为载体,牢记使命,善于创新,全面提升高校科技产业经济收益与社会收益、提升人力资源管理质量、探索理论与实践创新模式,促进高校科技产业科学发展。
With the acceleration of the marketization process, corresponding changes have taken place in the employment system of colleges and universities in science and technology, industry and logistics. There are many new situations and new features in the value-oriented, management mode and staffing structure of workers in the S & T industry system in colleges and universities. The construction of trade unions faces confusion and contradictions from all aspects such as individual workers, managers and trade unions themselves.
