目的 本研究将已构建的重组质粒pcDNA3-pacA和pcDNA3-pacP经颌下腺区注射免疫wistar大鼠 ,观察基因重组质粒对机体的影响。方法 重组质粒pcDNA3-pacA、pcDNA3-pacP和pcDNA3-pacA与pcDNA3-pacP联合使用作为基因疫苗经颌下腺区皮下注射免疫定菌鼠 ,观察并记录实验前后各实验组大鼠的体重变化。结果 重组质粒免疫组大鼠的体重变化与阴性对照组和空白对照组的差异无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 重组质粒pcDNA3-pacA和pcDNA3-pacP免疫后 ,对机体发育无影响 ,具有可靠性和安全性
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of recombinant plasmid pcDNA3-pacA and pcDNA3-pacP on the body of the wistar rats by submandibular gland injection. Methods Recombinant plasmids pcDNA3-pacA, pcDNA3-pacP and pcDNA3-pacA were used in combination with pcDNA3-pacP as gene vaccines to subcutaneously submandibular gland area to immunize the mice. The body weight of rats in each experimental group was observed and recorded before and after the experiment. Results There was no significant difference in body weight between the recombinant plasmid-immunized group and the negative control group and the blank control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The recombinant plasmids pcDNA3-pacA and pcDNA3-pacP have no effect on the development of the organism, which is reliable and safe
