在齿轮传动机构中,齿轮副中常留有一定的侧隙。但在某些精密传动或精密分度的齿轮传动机构中,则要求消除侧隙,以免在来回转动或往复运动中造成传动或分度误差。调整或消除侧隙的一种方法是调整齿轮副的中心距,另一种方法是本文介绍的周向调整法。
In the gear transmission, the gear pair often has a certain backlash. But in some precise transmission or precision indexing gear transmission, it is required to eliminate the backlash, in order to avoid back and forth rotation or reciprocation caused by transmission or indexing error. One way to adjust or eliminate backlash is to adjust the center distance of the gear pair. The other method is the circumferential adjustment method described in this article.
