本文测量了宝山钢铁公司生产的340MPa级烘烤硬比(BH)钢(汽车钢)供货态及其BH态试样的内耗;研究了预变形2%后,分别在100,170和250℃时效不同时间试洋的内耗谱与VBH的关系,结果表明:在Snoek峰发生下降甚至几乎消失的同时,100℃处理引起SKK峰低温支隆起或隐现有峰,170℃处理引起SKK峰高度与钢的VBH值上升,250℃处理引起VBH值增大,但使SKK峰降低并向低温移动等用内耗法给出了钢晶格中的固溶C含量。
In this paper, the internal friction of 340MPa bake hard ratio (BH) steel (automotive steel) produced by Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and its BH sample was measured. After pre-deformation of 2% The results showed that at the same time as Snoek peak decreased or almost disappeared, the treatment of 100 ℃ caused the SKK peak to rise or disappear, and the peak height of SKK peaked at 170 ℃ The VBH value increased, the VBH value increased at 250 ℃, but the SKK peak decreased and moved to the low temperature. The content of dissolved C in the steel lattice was given by the internal friction method.
