糖尿病足是病程长血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者在外界因素的刺激下发生的足部病变，是糠尿病的严重并发症，其发生如控制不当，会给患者造成截肢等严重后果。缺血、神经病变感染是导致糖尿病发生的重要原因。但由输液诱发的少见，现报告1例。
