In June 2002, we conducted a survey on the hygienic conditions of the canteen in middle and primary schools. The results are reported as follows: 1. Subjects and Methods 1.1 Subjects There are 29 middle and primary schools with canteens in the county and 99 employees . 1.2 Methods On-site health survey of schools and fill out the “Student Collective canteen food hygiene survey.” Questionnaire contents include: effective food hygiene?
