为缓解严峻的大学生就业压力,国家出台了一系列帮助高校毕业生到基层就业的措施与政策,“选聘高校毕业生到村(社区)任职”计划就是其中之一,不少高校毕业生通过这一政策,选择了走进农村,深入农村,在新农村的建设中做出了积极的贡献。本文意在通过了解大学生村官的工作生活现状,熟悉国家对大学生村官的扶持情况,梳理出大学生村官制度的主要问题,并尝试提出解决方案,为在校大学生提供参考。
