本文基于GEM创业模型,从新创企业和创业环境的互动关系及其对区域创新发展的影响作用出发,提出并阐明区域创业合成能力的概念。随后,基于组合赋权法建立区域创业合成能力的评价模型,并对全国31个省域发展现状进行评价与分析。结果表明:(1)区域创业合成能力是区域创业条件支撑能力和区域创业主体合成能力的综合体现;(2)从总体上看,中国各省域创业合成能力之间存在较大差异,并呈现从东到西逐步降低的梯度分布格局;(3)从分布特征上看,我国31个省域的创业合成能力分布与区域经济发展水平具有显著地关联,并呈现明显的“俱乐部现象”。该结果有助于为区域创业合成能力提升及区域创业经济发展提供实践借鉴。
Based on the GEM entrepreneurial model, this paper starts from the interactive relationship between startup and startup environment and its impact on regional innovation and development, and puts forward and clarifies the concept of regional entrepreneurship combining ability. Then, based on the combination weighting method, an evaluation model of regional entrepreneurial synthetic capacity is established, and the development status of 31 provincial provinces in China is evaluated and analyzed. The results show that: (1) The ability of regional entrepreneurship synthesis is a comprehensive manifestation of the ability of regional entrepreneurial conditions to support and the ability of regional entrepreneurial entities to synthesize; (2) Generally speaking, there is a big difference between the entrepreneurial synthetic capabilities of all provinces in China, (3) From the perspective of distribution characteristics, the distribution of entrepreneurial capabilities in China’s 31 provinces is significantly associated with the level of regional economic development, and shows a clear “club phenomenon.” This result helps to provide practical reference for enhancing the ability of regional entrepreneurship and economic development of regional entrepreneurship.
