目的 :对龙眼肉及其混淆品进行蛋白多肽电泳鉴别。方法 :高效毛细管电泳法。结果 :龙眼肉及其混淆品蛋白多肽高效毛细管电泳谱图有明显的差异。结论 :高效毛细管电泳可作为中药龙眼肉的生药鉴别方法。
Objective : To identify the protein polypeptide electrophoresis of longan meat and its adulterants. Methods: High performance capillary electrophoresis. Results : There were significant differences in the high performance capillary electrophoresis spectra of longan meat and its adulterants. Conclusion: High-performance capillary electrophoresis can be used as a crude drug identification method for longan meat.
