2002年7月18日,江苏省某县人民法院刑事审判庭公开审理了一起情节较为特殊的刑事案件。被告是两名交警:刘刚和赵军。这两人是同窗好友,因为讲哥们义气,帮助一名交通肇事后逃逸的犯罪嫌疑人逃避处罚,双双坐上了被告席。在被告人最后陈述时,两人都后侮不迭地说:“我们使头顶上的盾牌蒙上了灰尘,帮助王松逃逸是碍于朋友面子,不帮他,别人会说我们无情无义。结果不仅没帮得了他,反而也害了我们自己。现在真后侮啊！”
On July 18, 2002, a criminal trial court of a people’s court of a county in Jiangsu Province publicly held a criminal case with a more specific plot. The defendants are two traffic police: Liu Gang and Zhao Jun. The two were classmates, because they talked about their loyalty and helped a criminal suspect who escaped after the traffic accident to evade punishment and both of them sat on the dock. At the final presentation of the defendant, both of them said with insults after no reason: "We cast dust on the shield on the head and helped Wang Song to escape due to his friend’s face, not to help him. Others would say that we are mercilessly righteous. The result not only did not help him, but also harm ourselves. Now really insulted ah!
