为了加强科技情报学术交流,发展学会之间的横向联合与协作,进一步推动西北地区科技情报事业发展,西北五省区第六届科技情报学术研讨会于1991年11月5日～8日在古城西安举行。这次研讨会是受西北五省区情报学会协作组委托,由陕西省科技情报学会筹办。来自甘肃、宁夏、青海、新疆、陕西五省区的科技情报界的代表共48人。会议研讨的中心议题是:1.欧亚新大陆桥开通对西北地区情报工作的影响;2.情报工作在做好服务工作的同时,如何创收,为情报服务创造条件;3.科技文献合理布局与资源共享问题。这次研讨会提交会议论文共61篇,其中甘肃13篇、宁夏5篇、青海7篇、新疆21篇、陕西15篇。这批论文围绕会议中心议题并涉及到科技情报工作的诸多方面,讨论的问题比较具体和深刻,对当前实际工作有指导意义,收到较好的效果。
In order to strengthen the academic exchange of scientific and technological intelligence, develop horizontal association and coordination among the Institutes and further promote the development of scientific and technological intelligence in northwestern regions, the 6th Scientific and Technological Information Symposium in the Five Northwest Provinces was held on November 5-8, 1991 in the ancient city Xi’an held. The seminar is commissioned by the Northwest Association of Five Provinces District Intelligence Association, organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Intelligence. A total of 48 representatives from the scientific and technological intelligence circles in Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang and Shaanxi provinces and autonomous regions. The central topics of the conference discussion are: 1. The impact of the opening of the Eurasia New World Bridge on the intelligence work in the northwestern region; 2. the intelligence work to do well in the service work, and how to generate revenue and create the conditions for the information service; 3. the rational distribution of scientific and technological literature Resource sharing problem. The symposium submitted a total of 61 conference papers, including 13 in Gansu, 5 in Ningxia, 7 in Qinghai, 21 in Xinjiang and 15 in Shaanxi. These papers focus on the conference center topics and involve many aspects of scientific and technological intelligence work. The issues discussed are more specific and profound, guiding the current practical work and receiving good results.
