本文采用了文献资料法、调查法、观察法等研究方法,以参加2011年全国大学生五人制足球联赛(陕西赛区)的部分西安市普通高校五人制足球的开展等情况为研究对象,着重分析了五人制足球在高校体育课中开展的意义,结果表明在高校开展五人制足球运动既能使体育课增强趣味性,培养学生长期参与足球运动的良好习惯,又能推动我国高校足球运动的发展,丰富校园体育文化,对提高我国五人制足球水平、推动中国足球运动的发展有着十分重要的意义和作用。
In this paper, we use the methods of literature, investigation and observation to take part in the development of the five-man football in Xi’an National University Futsal League (Shaanxi Division) in 2011, focusing on This paper analyzes the significance of five-a-side football in physical education in colleges and universities. The results show that the development of five-a-side football in colleges and universities can not only enhance the interest of physical education, cultivate students’ good habits of long-term participation in football, The development of sports and the enrichment of campus sports culture play an important role in raising the level of futsal in China and promoting the development of Chinese football.
