通过光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究蛇鮈精子的形态学结构。结果表明,在光学显微镜下,蛇鮈精子主要分为头部和尾部,头长为(3.15±0.44)μm,尾长为(37.34±2.24)μm,尾长约为头长的12倍。在透射电子显微镜下可观察到蛇鮈精子由头部、中片和尾部3部分组成,头部无顶体,细胞核呈椭圆形,核内为致密物质,内有较大的核空隙。细胞膜与核膜之间几乎无空隙,后端具有较浅的植入窝,深度约占细胞核体积的1/6,植入窝内包含有中心粒复合体,其近端中心粒与远端中心粒呈“L”型。尾部可见轴丝为典型的“9+2”结构。尾部周围具有侧鳍,近核端具有囊泡鞘结构。研究认为,蛇鮈精子的结构符合体外受精鱼类对精子结构的要求,具有硬骨鱼类精子结构的普遍特点,但又具有一定的特异性。
Morphological structure of snakehead sperm was studied by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that under the light microscope, the sperm of snakehead sperm were mainly divided into the head and the tail. The length of the sperm was (3.15 ± 0.44) μm, the tail length was (37.34 ± 2.24) μm and the tail length was about 12 times of the head length. Under the transmission electron microscope, snakehead sperm can be observed from the head, middle and tail 3 parts, the head without acrosome, the nucleus is oval, the nucleus is a dense substance, there is a larger nuclear voids. There is almost no gap between the cell membrane and the nuclear membrane, the posterior end has a shallow implant nest, the depth of about 1/6 of the nucleus volume, implant nest contains a centriole complex, the proximal centriole and distal center Grain was “L” type. Tail visible axis of the wire is a typical “9 +2 ” structure. Around the tail with lateral fins, near the nucleus has a vesicular sheath structure. The study suggests that the structure of snakehead sperm is in line with the requirements of sperm structure of fish in vitro fertilization, with the general characteristics of the bony fish sperm structure, but also has a certain specificity.
