许多国家对12%Cr钢进行了研究,目的之一是用12%Cr钢代替高铬镍含量,价格昂贵、低硬度、线膨胀系数大、导热性差、冷热加工困难的奥氏体钢,制造汽轮机,燃气轮机和喷气发动机的重要零件。 12%Cr钢经调质处理后有良好的室温综合机械性能。屈服极限比铬镍奥氏体钢高[图1]。调质12%Cr钢具有较高的400—600℃短时拉伸强度[图2]。
In many countries, 12% Cr steel has been studied. One of the purposes of this study is to produce 12% Cr steel instead of high-Cr content nickel, expensive, low hardness, high coefficient of linear expansion, poor thermal conductivity, hot and cold processing austenitic steel, , Gas turbine and jet engine important parts. 12% Cr steel after quenching and tempering has a good comprehensive mechanical properties at room temperature. The yield point is higher than that of chrome-nickel austenitic steels [Fig. 1]. Quenched 12% Cr steel has a higher short-term tensile strength of 400-600 ℃ [Figure 2].
