文中指出过去感应器的内衬采用高纯度的三氧化二铝陶瓷管有废品率高、成本高、易龟裂、插口接缝处无密封以及寿命短、感应器制造工艺复杂等缺点。因而研究了绝缘层、绝热层、耐热层的新材料配方,同时对感应器结构作了相应的改进。生产使用结果表明,感应器采用所研究的新内衬结构以后,和旧结构相比,零件大大减少,结构简单,制造容易,使用安全,密封性好,体积小,节约了木材和钢材等。
The article pointed out that the past lined with high purity aluminum oxide ceramic tube lined with high rejection rate, high cost, easy to crack, no seams at the socket seal and short life, the inductor manufacturing process is complicated and other shortcomings. Therefore, the insulation materials, insulation layer, heat-resistant layer of the new material formulations, while the inductor structure made a corresponding improvement. The results of production and application show that the sensor adopts the new lining structure studied, the parts are greatly reduced compared with the old structure, the structure is simple, the manufacturing is easy, the use is safe, the sealing property is good, the volume is small, and the wood and the steel are saved.
