目的:研究蠲痹热熨贴的制备工艺并优化锌-枸橼酸发热体系;方法:以恒温持续时间、最高温度为评价指标,运用L9(34)正交试验表,以锌粉、枸橼酸、蠲痹液、除痹散的比例为因素优选蠲痹热熨贴发热体系。结果:根据正交试验表分析,锌是发热体系的主要因素,枸橼酸是维系酸性湿润环境的条件因素,蠲痹液是体系中的重要因素,调整除痹散加入量可控制热效应持续时间的长短,优选的蠲痹热熨贴发热体系为锌粉∶枸橼酸∶蠲痹液∶除痹散∶活性炭=16∶3∶4∶5∶1。结论:蠲痹热熨贴中锌-枸橼酸发热体系工艺条件合理科学,为进一步通过临床验证疗效提供科学依据。

CONCLUSION: The process conditions of zinc-citrate heating system in Tiebi hot iron sticking are reasonable and scientific, so as to provide scientific basis for further clinical efficacy.
