脉管制冷机没有低温下的运动部件 ,具有运行可靠、低振动、低磁噪声以及长寿命等显著优点 ,可望在空间技术、超导、低温电子等领域获得广泛应用。文中介绍自行研制的一台 2 0 K- 4 0 K温区大功率单级脉管制冷机。初步实验结果表明 ,该制冷机的最低制冷温度为 15 .4 K,在 2 0 K、30 K和 4 0 K的制冷量分别达到 6 .1W,2 1.3W和 37.3W。该制冷机为进一步的超导应用奠定了良好基础。
The pulse tube refrigerator has no significant moving parts under low temperature and has some significant advantages such as reliable operation, low vibration, low magnetic noise and long life. It is expected to be widely used in space technology, superconductivity and low temperature electronics. In this paper, a 20 K-40 K single-stage high-power pulse tube refrigerator developed by ourselves is introduced. Preliminary experimental results show that the minimum refrigeration temperature of the refrigerator is 15.4 K, and the cooling capacity at 20 K, 30 K and 40 K respectively reaches 6.1W, 21.3W and 37.3W. The refrigerator for further application of superconducting laid a good foundation.
