P糖蛋白(Pgp)过表达是肿瘤细胞产生多药耐药(MDR)的主要原因,因此成为设计MDR逆转剂的主要靶点。现在简述Pgp抑制剂发展史的基础上,重点介绍近年来在抑制剂设计与活性评价方面的进展。
Overexpression of P-glycoprotein (Pgp) is a major cause of multidrug resistance (MDR) in tumor cells and has therefore become a major target for the design of MDR reversal agents. Now based on a brief history of the development of Pgp inhibitors, advances in inhibitor design and activity evaluation in recent years are highlighted.
