为了了解宜昌市区自1962年以来大规模服用脊髓灰质炎活疫苗后人群的抗体水平,用微量细胞培养法共检测血清标本346份。结果表明,Ⅰ、Ⅱ及Ⅲ型中和抗体皆阳性为87.86%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ及Ⅲ型中和抗体阳性率分别为95.09%、94.51%及94.51%;Ⅰ、Ⅱ及Ⅲ型中和抗体滴度分别为119.34、105.60及98.66。说明宜昌市区人群对脊髓灰质炎的免疫水平普遍较高。
In order to understand the population of YICHANG urban population after taking large-scale live poliovirus vaccine since 1962, serum samples were detected by micro-cell culture method. The results showed that the positive rate of type I, type II and type III neutralizing antibody was 87.86%, the positive rates of type I, type II and type III neutralizing antibody were 95.09%, 94.51% and 94.51% Degrees were 119.34, 105.60 and 98.66 respectively. Indicating that the population of Yichang City, the level of immunity to polio generally higher.
