实验通过对肠缺血-再灌注模型中肺血管床的血管收缩功能的检测,以探讨再灌注损伤的发生机制。实验分三组,选雄性Wistar白鼠,剖腹后用无创血管夹钳夹肠系膜上动脉根部阻断60分钟,之后松开血管夹分别再灌注120分钟(I/R 60/120,n=28)和240分钟(I/R 60/240,n=26);对照组(n=17)剖腹分离肠系膜上动脉但不阻断。三组实验鼠肺经Krebs-Hanseleit缓冲液预处置70分钟
In the experiment, the vasoconstrictive function of the pulmonary vascular bed in the model of intestinal ischemia-reperfusion was tested to investigate the mechanism of reperfusion injury.
