我国的酒店业发展已经到了一定的高度,酒店数量不断壮大,各级酒店陆续涌现,导致酒店行业内部竞争越来越大。而要提升酒店的竞争力,不仅仅要做到酒店外观、服务的创新,更要注重酒店内部的管理,实现酒店内部精细管理才是提升竞争力的根本。全面预算就是提升酒店管理水平的一个重要手段,但大多数酒店在全面预算的应用上还存在许多问题,本文根据此基础分析了全面预算管理在酒店经营中常见的问题和具体应用对策。

Overall budget is an important means to improve the hotel management level. However, there are still many problems in the application of the overall budget in most hotels. Based on this, this paper analyzes the common problems and specific application countermeasures of the overall budget management in the hotel operation.
