目的:对药剂师在临床合理用药中的作用探析。方法:选取医院在2014年3月-2015年4月收治的患者110例作为本次的研究对象,并将其分为观察组和对照组各55例。观察组患者在用药时由药剂师亲自指导,对照组则采用常规的用药方式进行,对两组患者合理用药的情况进行比较。结果显示:观察组患者在总费用以及总用药费用上都明显低于对照组,而合理用药人数则超出对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者在治疗期间用药过程中由药剂师亲自指导,能够有效提高用药的合理性,有着非常关键的作用。
Objective: To explore the role of pharmacists in clinical rational drug use. Methods: A total of 110 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group (55 cases) and control group (55 cases). Patients in the observation group were instructed by the pharmacist personally during the medication, while the control group was treated with the conventional medication, and the patients in the two groups were compared on the rational medication. The results showed that: the observation group patients in the total cost and the total cost of medication were significantly lower than the control group, while the number of rational use of drugs than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: During the treatment of patients during the medication by pharmacists personally guidance, can effectively improve the rationality of medication, has a very crucial role.
