在液压传动中,金属管是常用的输油管路。其端部需经扩口后,方可与管接头相联。由于所采用的管接头的型号不同,与其相配合的管道端部的扩口形状亦应随之改变。只有当二者之间的几何形状保持一致时,才能保证管路联接的紧密可靠,以防泄漏。 我厂某产品的液压系统中,管道的材质为φ6mm×1mm的紫铜管,端部的扩口形状如图1所示,为了联接可靠,扩口的内外角度需限制在66°±1°、74°_2°~0°所要求的公差范围之内,以便与管接头A6相配。因管道较长,排列困难,需要在现场制作安装。
