作者随机选择20例急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(ANLL)作骨髓细胞(1×10~5)的粒细胞-单核细胞集落形成活力的动态观察。采用Robinson和Pike氏双层琼脂培养法,在琼脂平板上聚集细胞超过40个定为集落,少于40个细胞者为细胞丛。10例正常骨髓培养集落形成数为12~69,平均33,细胞丛7~100,平均73。所有病例都接受统一的诱导化疗(柔红霉素和阿糖胞苷)。体外培养结果为:20例中5例(25%)
The authors randomly selected 20 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) for the dynamic observation of granulocyte-monocyte colony formation activity of bone marrow cells (1×10~5). Using Robinson and Pike's two-layer agar culture method, more than 40 colonies were colonized on agar plates and colonies were found in less than 40 cells. In 10 cases of normal bone marrow culture, colony formation numbers ranged from 12 to 69, with an average of 33, and cell clusters ranged from 7 to 100, with an average of 73. All patients received unified induction chemotherapy (daunorubicin and cytarabine). In vitro culture results: 5 out of 20 cases (25%)
