邯郸钢铁集团有限公司中板厂轧机传动系统设备老化 ,故障率高 ,为此进行了改造。文中介绍了新系统的基本特征 ,并对轧制工艺进行了简要分析。通过测试表明 ,新系统具有较高的过载保护能力 ,控制灵敏性和稳定性提高 ,从而可充分发挥轧机生产能力。
Handan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. mill mill transmission system equipment aging, high failure rate, for this transformation. The article introduces the basic characteristics of the new system, and a brief analysis of the rolling process. Tests show that the new system has a high overload protection, control sensitivity and stability, which can give full play to rolling mill production capacity.
