山西省运城市公安局交警支队“122”交通事故报警指挥中心获得省科技进步二等奖，笔者慕名前去采访。走进中心，报警电话铃声不绝于耳，电脑屏幕上显示的来电号码频频闪现。数名女民警接听电话、询问情况，忙得不亦乐乎。笔者留心看了一下表，10分钟之内，她们接电话20个，平均不到30秒钟就接警一次。
