随着世界经济、金融一体化发展的进程不断的向前推进,并且现阶段我国所处的时代是一个知识经济的时代,人力资源所能够起到的作用已经逐渐的在发展的过程中超过了物质资源和金融资源所能够起到的作用,进而成为了企业进行市场竞争相关活动中的核心资源,人力资源管理相关工作在我国商业银行发展的过程中所能够起到的作用已经经过了实践的证实。我国政府有关部门也推出了关于人才在我国各个领域发展的过程中所能够起到的作用的相关政策。在中国市场受到经济一体化、信息全球化影响逐渐加深的背景之下,对专业素质水平高的人才进行的竞争相关活动也越发的激烈了,这就使我国的商业银行金融改革和创新的过程中所施行的人力资源管理和绩效考核相关工作面临着一些问题。笔者根据实际工作经验从多个角度对商业银行金融改革创新的过程中所应当施行的人力资源管理相关工作进行了一定程度的分析,希望能够在今后商业银行金融创新改革的进程向前推进的过程中起到一定的促进性作用。
