为了寻求影响心血管功能的有效耳穴,并探讨耳针的作用机理。利用心导管技术,观察耳针“心穴”对家兔左室心肌收缩性能的影响。实验结果,左室内压(LVP)明显增加,其增加差值为15.4±4.41mmHg(1mmHg=133.3Pa),左室内压力变化速率(dp/dt)max 增加,其增加差值为+483.71±257.92mmHg/s,以及左室内压——压力变化速率环 P-(dp/dt)/P心肌力环明显增大。上述参数经统训学处理有显著意义(p<0.001)。提示耳针“心穴”可增强心肌收缩力的作用,可为临床治疗休克提供实验依据。
In order to seek effective ear points affecting cardiovascular function, and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture. The use of cardiac catheterization, observe the ear acupuncture point on rabbit contractile performance of left ventricular. The results showed that left ventricular pressure (LVP) increased significantly with a difference of 15.4 ± 4.41mmHg (1mmHg = 133.3Pa) and an increase of left ventricular pressure (dp / dt) max of + 483.71 ± 257.92 mmHg / s, as well as left ventricular pressure - pressure change rate loop P- (dp / dt) / P myocardial ring was significantly increased. The above parameters were statistically significant (p <0.001). Tip ear acupuncture points can enhance the role of myocardial contractility, clinical experimental shock can provide experimental evidence.
