目的利用绿篱技术人工模拟现场,研究不同杀虫剂的灭蚊效果及滞留效果。方法应用绿篱技术分别将2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂(大灭)、10%顺式氯氰菊酯(奋斗呐)和10.4%氯菊-烯丙菊水乳剂(列喜镇)喷淋鸭脚木,移入户外帐篷中,每帐放入雌性白纹伊蚊30只,24 h后放入1只小白鼠和4个诱蚊诱卵器,3 d后收集诱蚊诱卵器,观察并记录蚊虫存活数。结果 2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂可保持滞留灭蚊效果达21周以上,10%顺式氯氰菊酯可保持9周;10.4%氯菊-烯丙菊水乳剂无明显的滞留效果,蚊虫周最大存活数分别为4、15、21只,中位存活数分别为1、5、7只。结论 2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂和10%顺式氯氰菊酯在绿篱技术药物喷洒灭蚊中均具有良好的滞留效果,前者滞留效果更佳。
Objective To simulate the scene by using hedgerow technique to study the effect of different insecticides and retention effect. Methods The hedgerows were sprayed with 2.5% lambda-cyhalothrin microcapsule suspension, 10% cis-cypermethrin and 10.4% chlorine- Foot wood, into the outdoor tent, each account into the female Aedes albopictus 30, 24 h after the introduction of a mouse and four mosquito-attracting oocysts, 3 days after the collection of mosquito-attracting ovitrap, observation and Record the survival of mosquitoes. Results 2.5% lambda-cyhalothrin microcapsule suspending agent can maintain the retention mosquito-killing effect for more than 21 weeks and 10% cis-cypermethrin for 9 weeks. No significant retention effect of 10.4% The maximum number of weekly survival was 4,15,21, the median survival were 1,5,7. Conclusion 2.5% lambda-cyhalothrin microcapsule suspending agent and 10% cis-cypermethrin have good retention effect in hedgerow spraying with mosquito-repellent drugs, the former retention effect is better.
