研究了不同时效制度对冷变形2Cr19Ni9Mo钢组织与性能的影响.结果表明,时效温度一定时,钢的强度、硬度均随时效时间呈有极大值的曲线变化.时效温度升高时,峰值强度与峰值硬度降低,并向短时间一侧移动.在相同时效条件下,钢的形变量越大,时效强化效果越显著.对于给定形变量的试验钢,采用480℃保温1h的时效制度,不仅可以获得较高的强度,同时也可获得较好的塑性.
The effect of different aging regimes on the microstructure and properties of cold deformed 2Cr19Ni9Mo steel was studied. The results show that when the aging temperature is constant, the strength and hardness of steel change with the curve of the maximum with the aging time. When the aging temperature is increased, the peak intensity and the peak hardness decrease, and move toward the short side. Under the same aging condition, the greater the deformation of steel, the more significant the effect of aging strengthening. For a given deformation of the test steel, the use of 480 ℃ insulation 1h aging system, not only can obtain higher strength, but also get better ductility.
