利用浸渍法在铝合金２０２４表面上获得了混合稀土转化膜。确定了成膜的最佳工艺。利用湿热试验、盐水浸渍试验及电化学测试方法评价了膜的耐蚀性能。用扫描电镜观察了膜的微观形态。提出了膜形成的可能机理和耐蚀机理。
A mixed rare earth conversion coating was obtained on the surface of aluminum alloy 2024 by impregnation method. Determine the best film-forming process. The corrosion resistance of the film was evaluated by wet heat test, brine immersion test and electrochemical test. The microscopic morphology of the film was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The possible mechanism of film formation and corrosion resistance mechanism are proposed.
