本文研究了醋酸棉酚对雄性大鼠血清中睾酮、LH 水平、激素活性及其受体的作用,取得了肯定的结果。实验在236只成龄雄鼠体进行,用棉酚灌胃,母天20~40mg/kg,分别持续8~42天。结果表明,血清中黄体生成素和睾丸酮水平不受影响;但在去势鼠,棉酚可降低血清中黄体生成素的水平;当施棉酚每天按20mg/kg,持续8天时,前列腺和精囊的重量不受影响,当增加棉酚为每天40mg/kg,持续10天时,上述性器官重量降低;棉酚不影响前列腺上雄激素受体量。实验提示前列腺和精囊湿重下降,是非特异性对抗作用所致。而雄性激素活性下降可能与性功能低下有关。
This paper studied the effect of gossypol acetic acid on serum testosterone, LH levels, hormonal activity and its receptors in male rats and achieved positive results. The experiment was conducted in 236 adult male rats and gavage with gossypol. The mother day was 20-40 mg/kg, which lasted 8 to 42 days. The results showed that serum levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone were not affected; however, gossypol could reduce serum luteinizing hormone levels in castrated rats; when gossypol was administered at 20 mg/kg daily for 8 days, the prostate and seminal vesicles The weight was not affected. When the gossypol was increased to 40 mg/kg per day for 10 days, the weight of the above sexual organs was reduced; gossypol did not affect the amount of androgen receptors on the prostate. Experiments showed that the wet weight of the prostate and seminal vesicles decreased, which was caused by non-specific antagonistic effects. The decline in male hormone activity may be related to low sexual function.
