I still remember that thirty years ago, people who went on business trips abroad always brought gifts for their families, friends and colleagues. At that time, everyone thought that Beijing had a wide range of goods and fashion. Therefore, Beijing’s commodities are loved by many foreigners. Indeed, in the era of planned economy, Beijing is not only the center of political culture but also the center of economic commerce. Although business was not as prosperous as it is today, compared with many other cities, Beijing has already been regarded as a shopping paradise. Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, China’s economy has undergone earth-shaking changes, and materials have been greatly enriched. Although provincial cities and even prefecture-level cities across the country are not able to catch up to Beijing, shopping malls and shopping malls are everywhere. Luxury goods all over the world have long been unveiled. Although Beijing is still the best city for shopping, Beijing’s commodities are not so sought after as they were a few years ago. One of the important reasons is the rise of online shopping.
