农业是人类的衣食之源,生存之本,人们的生产生活、社会经济的发展以及社会稳定等等样样都与农业息息相关,农业是我国国民经济发展的基础。我国农业生产中还存在一些问题,应该加快整顿农资市场秩序的速度,加强对农业行政执法的力度,提高农业产品质量,促进农业健康发展,保护农民的合法权益,维护社会稳定。随着市场准入制的推进,无公害食品行动计划的启动,农业标准化生产的推行,市场经济体制的建立,农业行政执法对农业行政管理的影响作用越来越大。然而,在目前农业的发展得到大力保障的同时,农业行政执法的过程中也出现些许问题,本研究的目的就在于探讨农业行政执法的现状、成效以及存在的问题,提出相关对策和措施建议,以期望为建设社会主义新农村、构建和谐社会作出突出的贡献。
Agriculture is the source of food and clothing for human beings. The survival of people, the production and living of people, the development of social economy and social stability are all closely related to agriculture. Agriculture is the basis of our national economic development. There are still some problems in agricultural production in our country. We should speed up the orderly rectification of agricultural markets, strengthen the administrative enforcement of agriculture, improve the quality of agricultural products, promote the healthy development of agriculture, protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and maintain social stability. With the advancing of market access system, the launching of a pollution-free food action plan, the implementation of standardized agricultural production and the establishment of a market economy system, the impact of agricultural administrative law enforcement on agricultural administration has become increasingly larger. However, at the same time, the development of agriculture has been vigorously guaranteed. At the same time, some problems have appeared in the process of agricultural administrative law enforcement. The purpose of this study is to discuss the status quo, effectiveness and existing problems of agricultural administrative law enforcement, propose relevant countermeasures and measures, In the hope of making outstanding contributions to building a new socialist countryside and building a harmonious society.
