西瓜诗千百年来,西瓜也是历代文人墨客咏作赋的对象。在诗中最早吟咏西瓜的是宋代诗人方回秋,他在诗中写道:“西瓜足解渴,割裂青瑶肤。”诗人范成大的西瓜诗写得更是绝妙:“碧蔓凌霜卧软沙,年来处处食西瓜。”“缕缕花衫沾唾碧,痕痕丹血捣肤红,香浮笑语牙水生,凉入衣襟骨生风。”这是元代诗人方夔的《食西瓜》诗,他把西瓜的甘、凉、甜、馨,描述得绘声绘色,历历在目。
