在日粮中添加盐酸半胱胺短期 (2 9d)饲养罗非鱼鱼种 ,以群体增重率为主要指标 ,考察了CS对奥尼罗非鱼鱼种的促生长作用。基础饲料为黑仔鳗饲料 (70 % ) +次粉 (30 % )。含盐酸半胱胺 6 0 %左右的CT2 0 0 0的添加量梯度为 10 0、 2 0 0、 4 0 0、 6 0 0mg/kg。方差分析表明 ,以单箱总增重率作指标 ,CT2 0 0 0对奥尼罗非鱼鱼种的群体增重有显著 (P <0 0 5 )的促进作用。在本试验设计的CT2 0 0 0添加量范围内 ,随着添加量的提高其促生长的作用也增强 ,但最适添加量尚需进一步试验确定。试验还进行了抽样测平均尾重增长率 ,但方差分析差异不显著 ,提示在考察鱼种阶段群体增重指标时受抽样操作等因素影响 ,用抽样数据不可靠。
In the diet supplemented cysteamine hydrochloride (29d) feeding tilapia fish species, the rate of population weight gain as the main index to study the CS on the growth of O. niloticus species. The basic feed was black eel feed (70%) + secondary flour (30%). The gradient of the amount of CT2 0 0 0 containing about 60% of cysteamine hydrochloride is 10 0, 200, 400, 600 mg / kg.
