我们在体外研究了白念珠菌与粘膜上皮细胞之间的粘附,把人颊粘膜上皮细胞与白念珠菌孢子共同振荡孵育2小时,显微镜下测定上皮细胞表面粘附的白念珠菌的数目,粘附20个以上的上皮细胞记为+,共检测100个,计算粘附百分率。结果37℃的粘附率明显高于28℃,在199细胞培养液中粘附率显著高于在0.01M,PH 7.4的磷酸缓冲液(PBS)中。提示白念珠菌粘附性的增加可能与牙管的形成有关。
We studied the adhesion between Candida albicans and mucosal epithelial cells in vitro, and incubated the human buccal epithelial cells and Candida albicans spores co-oscillating for 2 hours.
