档案管理是煤炭企业的基础性工作之一,事关企业长期的生存和发展。档案是来自企业自身的历史积淀,而且是企业进行未来发展规划的重要依据。目前煤矿企业的档案管理由于技术设备落后和缺乏专业的档案管理人才等原因,档案管理工作存在观念意识陈旧、疏于管理等问题,严重影响了企业的人事管理和生产发展。在信息化时代,网络技术迅速发展,档案管理工作既要注意档案管理工作中的保密性,又要利用新技术促进档案管理工作的现代化。
File management is one of the basic work of coal enterprises, related to the long-term survival and development of enterprises. File is from the historical accumulation of the enterprise itself, but also an important basis for enterprises to carry out future development planning. At present, archives management in coal mining enterprises has some problems such as obsolete concept awareness and neglect management due to the backward technology and equipment and the lack of professional archivists, seriously affecting the personnel management and production development of enterprises. In the information era, the rapid development of network technology, file management should not only pay attention to the confidentiality of file management, but also the use of new technologies to promote the modernization of file management.
