现在很多经销商说做生意累,做得不开心,问及原因,市场环境恶化是一方面,更重要的是在人员管理上花费了大量的心血,但效果很差,用一句话概括是“优秀的留不住,留住的不优秀”。人员管理不好,意味着没人帮着自己赚钱,经销商老板当然要累心了。笔者通过采访很多经销商发现,管不好员工,问题主要出在老板身上,归纳起来,在管理过程中,老板们经常陷入的管理误区主要包括以下六个方面。
Many dealers now say that they are tired of doing business. They are unhappy and ask why. The deterioration of the market environment is one aspect. More importantly, it takes a lot of effort in personnel management, but the effect is very poor. It is summarized in one sentence. “Excellent unreliable, unreliable”. The bad management of the staff means that no one helps themselves to make money, and the dealer boss of course must be tired. Through interviews with many dealers, the author discovered that the management of employees is not good. The problem lies mainly in the bosses. To sum up, in the management process, the managerial mistakes that bosses often fall into include the following six aspects.
