目的探讨在正常查体人群(无冠心病危险因素)中肱动脉-踝动脉脉搏波波速(baPWV)与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法在既往无冠心病、脑卒中、周围动脉病史并排除其他冠心病危险因素的98例入选者中,进行颈动脉超声及baPWV的检查。结果颈动脉粥样硬化患者baPWV明显增高,χ2检验分析说明baPWV增高与颈动脉粥样硬化独立相关。另外,多因素模型分析说明baPWV与低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、年龄呈正相关,与身高、体重指数(BMI)呈负相关,而与高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)无明显相关性。结论在无冠心病危险因素人群中,baPWV的升高与颈动脉粥样硬化密切相关,是其独立危险因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between brachial artery - ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and carotid atherosclerosis in normal physical examination population (without coronary heart disease risk factors). Methods Carotid artery sonography and baPWV were performed in 98 patients who had no history of coronary heart disease, stroke, peripheral arterial disease and other risk factors of coronary heart disease. Results The carotid atherosclerosis patients baPWV significantly increased, χ2 test analysis showed that increased baPWV and carotid atherosclerosis independently. In addition, multivariate model analysis showed that baPWV was positively correlated with LDL-C, hs-CRP, age, and had a negative correlation with height and body mass index (BMI) Lipoprotein (HDL-C) no significant correlation. Conclusions The increase of baPWV is closely related to carotid atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease risk population, which is an independent risk factor.
