比较了现浇整体式和预制拼装式地下检查井的施工和工作特点,指出预制拼装式地下检查井的优势,明确了预制拼装式地下检查井需要解决的关键技术问题,提供了可能的解决方向。针对现有预制地下检查井专利技术的不足,建议应用混凝土空心板技术。采用SAP2000分析了实际地下检查井的受力状况,根据现有混凝土理论按空心井壁进行配筋设计,将其与现浇混凝土实心井壁进行技术经济对比分析后可知:在预制拼装式地下检查井中采用混凝土空心板技术是可行的,具有节省材料、减轻重量、便于运输和吊装及减少拼装接缝的优势。
The construction and working characteristics of the integrated in-situ and prefabricated underground inspection wells are compared. The advantages of the prefabricated underground inspection wells are pointed out. The key technical problems to be solved in prefabricated underground inspection wells are clarified, and the possible solutions are provided . In view of the deficiency of the existing prefabricated underground inspection well patented technology, it is suggested to use the concrete hollow plate technology. Using SAP2000 to analyze the actual underground inspection wells stress conditions, according to the existing concrete theory of hollow shaft wall reinforcement design, and its cast-in-place concrete solid shaft technical and economic comparison analysis shows that: Prefabricated underground assembly inspection The use of concrete hollow slab technology in wells is feasible with the advantages of material saving, weight reduction, ease of transport and lifting, and reduced assembly seams.
